Quality
Quality is in the checks.
We check what we supply and keep the documents with it.
The company profile describes quality as a central consideration in NCI's work. In practice, that means paying attention to registration, storage, expiry, product documents and the customer's requirements before an order moves.
How we work
Three checks that matter.
Registration before dispatch
We match each product to its NAFDAC registration and expiry before dispatch. If the registration has lapsed, the product does not leave the store.
Storage and records
Products and their supporting documents should be handled in line with the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
A clear record
Regulatory actions are recorded with the person responsible and the time of the action, so we can answer questions later.
Quality assurance
The customer should receive what was agreed.
Our products and services are intended to meet the needs and expectations agreed with the customer. That includes the right product, the right documents and a clear arrangement for equipment support.
Where a project needs specialist input, NCI works with local and international organisations, government agencies and industry experts to strengthen the technical service around it.
The honest part
What is not ready yet.
The Enugu facility
Our manufacturing facility in Enugu is being completed and commissioned. It is not yet licensed to manufacture, so we do not describe NCI as a manufacturer today. When that changes, this page changes with it.
What we publish
We do not post certificate images, staff lists or customer names on this website. Documents that support a claim are sent on request to the person or organisation entitled to receive them.
